Little Hideaway NWA is a curated on-site children's experience service for weddings and events across Northwest Arkansas. We bring the hideaway directly to your venue — cream canvas teepees, warm string lights, age-appropriate activities, and dedicated CPR-certified caregivers — so children have a real destination and parents can be completely present.

This is not babysitting. This is an experience.

Pricing is based on the number of children attending your event — so you only pay for what you actually need. We offer three service tiers starting at $125 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

The Hideaway is designed for potty-trained children ages 3 and up. All children must be able to independently use the restroom — this keeps the experience safe and comfortable for everyone in the space.

The hideaway is a nut-free and popcorn-free environment. If your child has specific medical needs or allergies please let us know in advance.

Parents remain on-site at all times. We are not a drop-off service. Our caregivers are there so parents can be fully present for the moments that matter — the first dance, the toasts, the conversation — without having to step away.

You're never far. You're just finally free to enjoy your day.

Yes. All Little Hideaway NWA caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified and background checked. Every booking includes a signed service agreement and a day-of parent waiver.

We take the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care seriously — because they're not just guests. They're the most important people in the room.

We create a fully curated kids corner in a designated space — cream canvas teepees with warm string lights, a cozy jute rug, and age-appropriate activities designed to feel special rather than like an afterthought.

We coordinate arrival and setup directly with you and your venue so everything is ready before your first guest arrives. We handle everything from setup to cleanup — your venue coordinator will never have to worry about a thing.

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for peak wedding season between April and October. A 50% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 7 days before your event.

If your date is coming up quickly don't hesitate to reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate last minute bookings when availability allows.

We are based in Bella Vista, Arkansas and serve all of Northwest Arkansas including Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, Centerton, Cave Springs, and surrounding areas.

A travel fee applies for events located more than 20 miles from Bella Vista. Contact us for events outside of NWA.
